Joanne and Mark are fortunate to have very different skill sets that complement each other, to the benefit of our clients.

Joanne Lamberth
Joanne has over 25 years of experience providing tax advice and compliance services to a wide range of clients, having originally trained as an accountant. For the last 12 years, she has been leveraging her personal experience of making an international move from UK to Australia with her family to help and support clients with tax issues that have both UK and Australian impacts.
Joanne finds enormous satisfaction in taking a complex and stressful situation for a client and navigating it to a successful conclusion.
“For me seeing the transition from a client who is stressed and worried about their situation and losing sleep to one who is relaxed and comfortable is the reward”, says Joanne.

Mark Lamberth
Mark has over 30 years of accounting experience, in practice and in industry. His insight and analysis are invaluable in helping clients truly understand their business and personal finances. His ability to see and model data to produce bespoke reports is indispensable to our clients.
Mark has been involved with advising businesses of all sizes to see their financial data in ways they have never considered before, helping them improve their business performance and plan well for the future. Being part of their business success has been the motivation behind the advice he has given.
“The excitement of a new opportunity often overshadows the importance of having a good plan and listening to the advice of those who have been on the journey before you. Once you’ve built your plan, don’t be afraid to revisit, review and revise it along your journey”, shares Mark.
After many years living and working in Sydney’s northern suburbs, Mark and Joanne have made a sea-change moving up to the mid North Coast
While a change in location, it has also meant a better focus on clients, working out of their home office, surrounded by the calm the region brings.
With clients based across Australia and the UK, and further afield, video conferences and telephone calls provide effective media to get to know and discuss clients’ issues, with occasional trips to Sydney for face-to-face meetings.
